Not A Perfect Date..

They didn’t have those prolonged goodbyes. On that day, they didn’t even hold each other’s hands that frequently. They did stare in an indefinite manner and felt lost in a profound sea of melancholy. They did sense an unavoidable void consuming their inner peace and chaos emerged. The chaos was not devastative; instead, it snatched the very repulsive power of human race. It made the surrounding world more sluggish; precisely non-existent. It instigated those core values inherent to the existence of a soul. It was a face-off between one’s own self from past to its present. They both realized that time had placed a tricky affair. They took a trip to the memory lane and tempted to stay there for a while; however, it was time for a long due apprehension. Truth often allows us to travel through those tunnels of our hearts where we barely wish to go. The date was not a perfect one, in fact it was not meant to be!
